We offer a 7-day return window, meaning you have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be in the same condition as received – unused, unworn, with all tags, certificates (if any), and original packaging intact.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
- Customized or engraved products are not eligible for return or exchange.

Exchange Policy
- The product must be unused, unworn, and in original condition.
- All tags, certificates, and packaging must be intact.
- Exchange requests must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the product.
- International exchange shipping charges are to be borne by the customer.
- Customized or engraved items are non-exchangeable.
- The exchange value will be based on the current product price or invoice value, whichever is lower.
Damages or Incorrect Items

Refunds
